Our mornings will open with an integrative practice emphasizing the Eightfold Path of Yoga as a journey of embodiment, enlightenment and liberation.  


Mindfully designed sessions will put us in tune with our senses as we relish the air, water, earth and fire that dance exquisitely in this coastal landscape.  

After a leisurely breakfast designed to optimize your health, follow your flow and your own sense of what would nourish you and bring you pleasure.  


Choose to be swept away by the pristine water and gorgeous beaches.  


Grab a surfboard, a paddle board, a kayak your hiking shoes or a bicycle and wander the beautiful landscape that surrounds this oasis.

Read, journal, spend time in inspired conversation with another adventurer.  

Or, just sit back to take in the sounds and smells of this rugged land.  

Our afternoon sessions are an opportunity to explore the themes of your life through the lens of wisdom teachings, practices and exercises.  

The result - Your body, mind and spirit are now in a deep conversation.  

Return home with an rested nourished body,

A clear inspired mind,

A nurtured and open heart,  

Ready to skillfully respond to what life brings you,

Aware of how you are in service now to yourself and all you come in contact with,

Jessica Epperson-Lusty 

My joy is supporting individuals to realize authentic connection with their abiding wisdom, speak and act in alignment with their deepest intentions and manifest their unique gifts.  

The approach is holistic and informed by an experiential understanding that sustainable mindful evolution and manifestation of intentions requires that we integrate all aspects of ourselves.  

Thus, processes for self-discovery, embodiment, empowerment and transformation are central to all Evolving Mindfully offerings.  

I have learned that the journey to live awake to our potential and the wonder in life itself involves daily practices and periodic deep dives.  

This is why I specialize in offerings that accompany people in the nitty gritty of their daily lives as well as immersive adventures to take our engagement with ourselves and life to the next level.

The foundation of my approach is that all human beings have an innate desire to tap into their deepest and best parts of themselves. A therapeutic process begins when there is a positive connection and a personal openness, desire and commitment to growth. Mutual respect, clear boundaries and safety set the foundation for our work together. My approach is to be transparent and utilize mindfulness-based narrative and body based approaches to assist you to find clarity, purpose, and connection to what is wanted or needed in your life. As a yoga therapist it is my intention to witness, guide and serve in areas that the client wants to direct their life.
